Billion Step Investments Limited is a licensed money lender under the Money Lenders Ordinance (Cap. 163), holding Money Lender's Licence No. 918/2026. We lend our own capital to individuals and businesses in Hong Kong, on fixed schedules agreed in writing.
Each step is set out before you take it: the amount, the effective annual rate, every instalment, and the date the loan is repaid in full.
Each application is assessed on the borrower's ability to repay. If a loan would not be affordable, we will say so and decline it.

"Investments" is part of our registered company name only. We lend our own capital. We do not accept deposits, sell investment products or manage money for anyone, and we are not licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission. Anyone offering you an "investment" in our name is not acting for us.
Your debt-service ratio is the share of monthly income spent on all loan repayments. Test a proposed instalment before you apply.

An effective annual rate above 48% is a criminal offence, and the agreement cannot be enforced.
Above 36% a year a rate is presumed extortionate, and the court may reopen the transaction.

Fraudsters use the names of licensed lenders to demand "deposits", "verification fees" or bank details, or to sell fake "investment plans". Billion Step Investments Limited never asks for money before a loan, never asks for passwords or one-time codes, and never offers investments. Verify any lender in the Companies Registry's register of money lenders, and report fraud to the Hong Kong Police.
